We only collect the information we need to process your order.

For digital products, it’s a name and email.

For physical products its a lot more so that we can send you the package.

We send newsletters to emails that have registered for the mystery box as well as emails that have purchased something. Each email includes a link to unsubscribe.

As for payments, all payments are processed by a third party (ECPay – a Taiwanese payment processor). We do not have access to your credit card information and do not store it. ECPay privately holds that information temporarily for the capability of issuing refunds.
